5 best times & places to practice yoga

Yoga is best practiced before Sunrise or Sunset. According to the Sages and Rishis of yester years, the 2 to 3 hours before sunrise is considered the 'God time' . The energy is pure and focused and doing your Asanans( postures) , pranayama and then meditation is highly conducive and beneficial.
1.A quite spot in your house that gives you privacy and no disturbance
2. A quite spot on the beach facing the sun
3. A nice elevated flat rock in a quite spot surrounded by nature
4. A Yoga studio that allows you safety, privacy and guidance
5. Any quite spot especially when you travel and need it most
