About Us

Yoga means Union. Union of the body and mind; union with the universe. Through the practice of Asanas(postures), Pranayama (conscious breathing to enhance the life force) and meditation, one can improve the quality of their life, decreasing anxiety and stress, increasing focus and concentration, lowering blood pressure, and enhancing the overall well being.

 

Our focus is on the breath and mindfulness. With safety being paramount, we believe that ‘if you can breathe you can do Yoga’, for Yoga is the journey of discovering and understanding yourself.

 

We adhere to the Yogic Philosophy of ‘Sthiram (stability) Sukham(comfort) Asanam’ as laid down by Sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. Classes are carefully tailored to the individual, and students are in a safe, non-competitive, and nurturing environment.

Each class has a maximum of 5 students and we have a zero touch policy.

 

Yoga for us is not ‘standing on your head’ or ‘twisting yourself into a pretzel’. It’s about working within your limits, safely and comfortably. 

Learn the various Pranayama techniques which is where the power of Yoga lies. Discover what relaxation is about and Yoga Nidra the jewel practice.

Learn the fundamental of meditation and how to gradually enhance and build your own practice ( Sadhana ) at home.

Broaden your knowledge of Yoga and understand what Ahimsa, Satya, The Koshas and Tatwas mean.

Deepen your understanding of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and much much more..

Sudhir Mooray is a qualified and passionate Yoga teacher with certification from IYTA (International Yoga teachers association)

 

With an in-depth knowledge of this ancient practice, Sudhir firmly believes that Yoga can improve the quality of your life through practicing safely and within one’s limits. 

Yoga is an experiential science and best taught by teachers who practice and understand what the asanas, pranayama and meditation can do. With years of practice and a Daily Sadhana of his own, Sudhir teaches what he experiences.

Yan is dedicated and passionate Yoga teacher with over 9 years experience. Her sequencing is just amazing and she has a dedicated group of students in the hills area that enjoy her beautifully structured sequences.

Experienced in also Corporate Yoga, Yan takes great care in practicing safely and with her extensive experience brings out the best in the students.

Her understanding of Asanans is amazing and her beautifully composed classes and sessions are to be experienced to be enjoyed
